Right-click anywhere to search a guideline

The Loanwright browser extension adds a context-menu entry on any text selection (your LOS, an agency PDF, any web page) that opens Guideline Search with the selected text pre-filled. Reads nothing from the host page. Manifest V3, desktop Chrome and Edge only (mobile browsers do not run web extensions). On a phone, open Guideline Search directly: same data, same citations.

Early beta. Currently install-from-source via our public repository; not yet on the Chrome Web Store. Full load instructions on the extension page.

How it works

Why we built these. Most loan-officer "tools" online are calculators that anyone can replicate in a spreadsheet. These tools answer the questions that actually consume time in a workflow: which section governs this scenario, and is this borrower eligible for that program. Same guideline data Loanwright uses internally, exposed publicly so the tools can be evaluated before you sign up for anything.

Looking for the underlying guideline documents themselves? See the mortgage broker resource hub for direct links to agency primary sources.
