How this tool works. Loanwright ingests the published agency guideline PDFs into a vector-searchable database. Your question is matched against the most relevant excerpts, which are then summarized by an LLM with strict citation requirements. The model is instructed not to use outside knowledge and to flag when excerpts do not directly answer the question.
